Importante: Los campos marcados con un (*) deben ser llenados obligatoriamente para que pueda ser enviado su reclamo de garantía y poder dar el seguimiento apropiado.

Nota: La refacción deberá de ser enviada con flete pagado al Departamento de Garantías de Grupo Treolo S.A. De C.V. En caso de ser requerida para su valoración y determinar si procede la garantía. Si existe alguna duda al respecto o detalle de la refacción solicitada o del envío de la refacción, un asesor del departamento de garantías se comunicará con usted inmediatamente para aclarar éste detalle. (El costo del embarque es por cuenta del cliente o de a quien se le facturó el equipo).

Casos en donde la garantía no aplica:

En faltantes de accesorios o partes. (Ej. Kit de instalación, Control remoto, Cables de interconexión eléctrica, Manuales, etc)
Unidades golpeadas: (Ej. Golpes de embarque, Golpes de manejo, Golpes de instalación, etc)
Unidades instaladas con las tuberías empotradas en la pared.
Unidades instaladas en áreas que no son para la capacidad del equipo.
Componentes eléctricos quemados, alterados, quebrados, etc.
